Need some ressurance re depression

My depression waxed and waned for most of my taper, but now its constant. A heavy crushing debilitating depression. I need some reassurance here. I havent cut for a while since a total meltdown on Aug 13.

Looking at your signature, you've been bounced around on your meds recently... might be part of that process.  If so, it will subside and hopefully soon.

Its been over two weeks since the meltdown. Can it really take that long for my brain to settle down?

IMHO, yes it can.

Oh yeah.  It's our entire central nervous system that's affected.  Just be aware that it is physical and it will pass.  Distract in the meantime.  Do you have some good distractions?

Mt depression increased 10 fold once i went into tolerance...i need and am always looking for reassurance also Kickin it.

Its so debilitating i am in bed for 16 or more hrs a day. Lets pray its just chemically induced....if it happened to me, and it happened to you and others...that can give us some hope it will lift at some point.

yeah my distractions are 11 and 8, a girl and a boy who needed school supplirs and dinner made. My daughter and hubby washed the dishes. Tomorrow its new lunch boxes and dog groomer. Plrnty of distractions here. Really have to force all this and try to be pleasant.

I dont know how u do it...i just washed a load of clothes and Im toast. Im so weak its frightening.
