Go Satch! So glad you have some relief, there is hope. I feel somewhat better today too, started taking Inositol for anxiety and it does help me. Now is the time to rebuild and get back to feeling good.

Gibson. Glad you're feeling better. I think you misunderstood. I'm clinging barely. See no end to the suffering. Clinging to life actually.

Depends, first time I went cold turkey I didnt start to feel better for about 6 months. Second time (this time) I was so completely screwed I pretty much didnt feel any relief for about a year. My recovery has been really effed up though, first 6 months I was living on diet soda and no sleep. Was getting smacked with intrusive thoughts and depression so hard it hurt, brain zaps that shot down my spine so hard I wanted to vomit. Month 6 was acceptable, month 7 began the serious mental torture, crazy fear and depression, hallucinating my ex wife's face on my fathers (disturbing on so many levels, when I would get anxious I would have a very disturbing flashback to a memory I will leave undisclosed, and night terrors that involved my friends getting murdered with axes. Pretty messed up experience. It has been a total of one year and now I think i'm seeing major progress. If your symptoms are not as bad as the ones I previously stated, NEVER attempt to reinstate. Told my friends I was retarded for a year and couldnt look my nephew who is 5 in the eye. Torturous experience. Wait it out. It gets better.

"Depends, first time I went cold turkey I didnt start to feel better for about 6 months."

Does this mean that you felt horrible everyday/every hour for 6 months?  or did you have any good days or at least days that were ok/less intense?

On month 6 now and do have a few windows but like Satch I am barely holding on. Sleep has improved and less tinnitus but the headaches are epic and the terror never stops. Brain fog and wicked fatigue is the worst, with shaking hands all the time. I get my window at 9pm every night but in the morning its ground hog day all over again.
