stabilizing?

About how long does it take to stabilize after a cut? Should I  just stop? I have no idea. Been on .25 clonazepam for 2 days. A little chest tightness/ anxiety/ headache but thats about it.

The rest is all in my head ( fear and all that good stuff)

Should I go lower?  Only been on this about a month

Hi:  I am wondering the same thing.  After 2 years of weaning off Benzos, I am at my last cut .5 mg of Diazapam.  I have been

on this dose 38 days.  During the last 2 years I was cutting doses every 3-4 weeks.  I am in need of either skipping every other

day and then every two days until I finally quit.  It seems like all my symptoms are coming together as well as some new ones

which prevent me from taking that further step.  I'm stuck.  What to do is my question also?

Klonopin (Clonazepam) and Diazepam (Valium) are both long-acting benzodiazepines and w/d symptoms can take awhile to show up...I'd go another week or so, starfish34.

 

Desi, after 38 days you may be at risk of going into tolerance again.  I would ask  Valium/Diazepam Support Group if this is a good time to jump.
