3 years free today!

Today is my 3rd anniversary of being free from benzos. Unforunately, I found myself in a wave (the worst in a very long time) the last few weeks. However, today was a bit better so I'm hopeful it will lift soon and bring more improvements.  I have come so far in the last 3 years. I believe I will feel healed by 5-6 years off. I range between 50-75% healed I'd say (50% on my worst days and 75 on my best)...most days fall somewhere in between. I never would have thought this would take so long but I know the worst is over. I look forward to a time where I no longer need to think about withdrawal. 3 years, yeah!!!!!
