One if my biggest problems is accepting where I am and what happened. I've lost so much and fear it will never come back. How did you accept this fate.

For  me it was  once I knew that people do heal I accepted that I was not alone and not broken. That was huge for me.

It will heal in time... keep your spirits up and don't get sucked into anxieties, including about your healing progress.  It is a huge help with keeping your symptoms low, including some of the psychological ones that can linger.
