Such fantastic new, Rarthyr.  I've seen a couple of your other posts and, quite honestly, I have to pat you on the back.  You didn't just sit around waiting for time to do its thing, you worked at it, man, you worked it!!!

Yeah I'm not gonna be beaten by some stupid drug addiction. My willpower is far too strong for that. I am doing everything I can to accelerate the healing and it is working. I never thought I'd be anxiety free again! I really researched this stuff big time. I cut out MSG, sugar, caffeine, violent games, gambling and I started doing deep relaxation, breathing exercises, meditation and distraction. I think you really have to want to get better to get through this crap easier , you need to have a positive attitude, it helps a lot.

One week after the jump was when the hell really started for me. The first two days after jumping were mostly physical, I spent two entire days in bed shaking non stop. I would say make sure you eat well to avoid some of the physical side effects and if you are anything like me be prepared to have some psychological stuff happen once this crap has left your body keep yourself distracted. Do some exercise/deep relaxation. Just prepare. I wish you luck man. If you prepare for the jump you might have a very easy time and experience hardly any withdrawal symptoms. I hope all goes well.

Well i'm working so i think i will probably look like crap but it will be a distraction. One time i had to take a break for 5 days because it was too much but this time i feel its going to be alright.  ;D

Thanks for the kind words and advices, i hope all will go well.  :)

Nice song, thanks a lot lovingmother. I have a few symptoms left. Infact today I hallucinated for the first time in a while, still have DP/DR, intrusive thoughts and memories and physical pain/sensations. Looking back here are the symptoms that are gone: anxiety, depression, random crying, hypochondriasis, breathing difficulties, dizziness, extreme morning sickness and nausea/vomiting. I might be forgetting some.
