I woke up with this awful chest pain ... and feeling like thrres something stuck in my lower throat .. I cant shaje it and I tried to drink a ensure and got this horrible sharp pain anove my naval..

my breathing is also off .. im lightheaded when standing or laying can only manage on my stomach. .. m home alone right now and in total freak out mode because I cant get a grip on it ..

 

I took a tums  about 10 mins ago  THIS THIS IS INSANE .. IM LAYING HERE BUTL MOTION....

 

I have a xanax .6 mgs and a diazepam 2mg... I dont want to take either one but I cant even niw my head is doing something odd  .. I CANT HANDLE IT ..ITS TOOO MUCH ALL AT ONCE !!

 

If I go to hospital they will most likely shoot me up with something to calm me down I dunno what to do

Hang in there Miami! It will pass!!!!! Don't undo all your hard work over the last several weeks! You are strong and you can get a hold of your thoughts and know that you will feel better. Everything you describe is anxiety - it's your healing! I'm so sorry it hurts but hold on!

Hang in there Miami! It will pass!!!!! Don't undo all your hard work over the last several weeks! You are strong and you can get a hold of your thoughts and know that you will feel better. Everything you describe is anxiety - it's your healing! I'm so sorry it hurts but hold on!

 

 

Its been relentless since monday ... im so all over the place with these symptoms ...  but thank you for yoyr reply .. I havent taken a rescue dose .. or gone to ER  im trying to distract as much as I can .. I feel like death !

Miami, you'll need to check in with your doctor of course :) But I've been using a low dose beta blocker to help with the physical symptoms of anxiety. It is helpful to me. Again, this is just my personal experiences, and you should check with your doctor if you have questions :)

 

Either way, it will pass soon :) Take care buddy,

Ill try but my only option right now is  er because Iost my job due to this and now no insurance only option is ER  yo see if I can get it.. I use to be on cholodine years back for my bp ... ill see ehat I can do
