When tapering after a cross over, do you take into consideration the length of time you were on both meds, or just your current med?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

The general consensus is both meds, if  they were both benzos.  so you  go by the time that you've been on benzos total.

It's more important to follow your body's signals as far as tapering speed… length of time on them isn't an indication of how long a taper should be…not that I've ever heard.
