Help - Hissy Tinnitus!

Hi,

I have had hissy tinnitus for 3 days now. Cut 20 percent, then upped back 20 percent - a false start of liquid tapering from original dose of .5mg per day of lorazepam, taken for the last 5 months to actually treat a recent onset of tonal tinnitus.

I worry that this switching of doses has caused an ototoxic effect (damaged hearing), and left me with this permanent tinnitus hiss.

Anyone ... please let me know if you have experienced this hiss, and if this hiss went away with time for you.

I also have experienced tinnitus.  Mine leaves and then comes back. I am sure yours will do the same and then in time be gone for you and I.  Take care, Kay
