Weird pressurised feeling in lower right abdomen

For the last 6 months or so Ive been feeling this weird sensation in my lower right abdomen, just above my hip, it feels as if something in there is inflated and is pushing up against the skin, almost as if someone has blown up one of those little water balloons and stuck it inside of my stomach. But the weird thing is when I or any doctors press on that area, you cant feel anything, it seems that it really is just a sensation rather than an actual physical swelling or lump. I also get severe nerve pain in that area, which wraps round to my lower back and also goes down my right thigh. the pain comes and goes (sometimes its there for only a few minutes, sometimes the whole day) but the pressurised feeling is pretty much constant now (though it started out with me only feeling it when lying down, but has gotten worse over time).

Ive had an ultrasound exam that showed nothing and also an AXRAY that also didnt show anything going on. Could this be from withdrawal? It seems strange that withdrawal could make me feel physical sensations like this, the pain i understand is common, but a swelling feeling? My doctor at this point seems to think im lying to get attention or something as they cant feel anything, Id ask for an MRI but i very much doubt theyd oblige me. Has anyone else had any symptoms like this? Its really starting to worry me :(
