Need HELLLLPPP!!!!!!

Buddies I dunno what to do ... im in a mega wave now ... but im feeling so off ... im panic ridden crying every few hours my stomach chest neck breathing are all gone hayeire today ... its now 7pm and I usually have some relief .. but not yet ... I feel so strange I cant even describe it .. JUST FEEL SO OFF .. just a blah feeling .. im telling myself that it will pass and its healing being done bit but my health anxiety is through the roof right now .

 

Ever get a day or hours like this ?  Where you feel its more yhan withdrawal?  It was mild yesterday but omg today its bad ... took a hot shower which relaxed me to the point I almost fell asleep but that freaked me out because I never ever nap.  So I got up and the weirdness started again . .

 

What im feeling: floaty , rocking burning sensation in feet and shoulders  a weirdness like extra heartbeat ... abd just doom like something bad is going to happe especially if I go to sleep .. so  odd  I know ... I jumped the 4th of july but took SEVERAL rescue doses but ive been totally off for 21 days today and ive been ok up until today for the most part my mind is so focused on health that ive given myself every disease in the world. .

 

Guess its back to disraction ... im avoiding the rescue doses .. just needed some encouragement because I was reallyon my way to the hhospital or calling rescue because I was literally losing it .
