Damnit, panic attack brewing.. Support?

I've been super on edge all day and I guess I couldn't take it anymore, I started feeling my chest and convinced myself one side felt bigger/different now I feel like my chest feels really tight or wrong, I don't know what to do, I'm not in full panic attack mode but I'm all worried my I'm about to die.. I feel like my chest is about to burst

You're not going to die, and there's nothing wrong with your heart.

 

Chest discomfort is extremely common in panic attacks.  I find that once I acknowledge that I'm having a panic attack, the symptoms are easier to deal with.

Def a panic attack Rich..breath deep in through your nose, out through your mouth slowly...raise your shoulders, tighten them...then release them. Go for a walk, i almost always loosen up if i go out in that yard and walk for a minute.

Hey thanks a lot guys 

 

I was in a car accident on saturday so thats completely screwed up my mindset, I managed to get through the anxiety tonight. I still made it to the gym to workout with my chiropractor and he felt my chest and I actually have swelling in my ribs, most likely from the accident so i'm not completely losing it!!
