I've been in w/d tolerance from Valium and Ambien for about 2 mos now. I've decided (with the advice from BB) to drop the A first. I plan to c/o 10 mg of A to 5 mg V. I'm afraid increasing my V dosage will make my tolerance w/d worst. Any advise?
