What kind of help are you looking for?  If you want help with a taper, there are all sorts of people here who can help you with the math, if that's what you're looking for.  You just need to have a starting point (i.e. how much of which benzos are you currently regularly taking), and how quickly do you want to taper?

i am off at all my meds ...i  just want to feels good ,,,,i have strenght off bearing the pain so i leave meds at once .....

That's what I did.  I felt pretty bad for a month.  I felt better the 2nd and 3rd months and now at 7+ months, I feel almost normal again.  It may take a little time for you to feel better.  Be patient, my friend.
