Glad you're here.  Whether you're already tapering or planning to taper, the other members will be glad to help by sharing their own withdrawal experiences.

 

If you're not already familiar with the Ashton Manual... it's an excellent read.  Tons of info on benzodiazepine use and withdrawal.

 

If you're planning a taper you may want to post in  General Taper Plans and if you're already tapering, try Withdrawal Support.

 

It helps to include your drug/alcohol information in your posts.  To make that easier by adding it to each post automatically, you can go up to Profile, choose Forum Profile, write the information in the text box and click Change Profile.

Welcome!  How long was your usage and at what dosage?    We also have under Support Groups Klonopin Klub, there you can post specific questions regarding that benzo.  There is a lot of knowledge they can provide to assist you.

How long have you been taking clonazepam? For very short time users we usually recommended an accelerated taper plan.
