Can't Stand being alone for a minute!WTF!

This is a new one for me , the last month has been hell with anxiety! And I can't stand being alone for a minute! It's really bad :P

I go through the same thing as someone who used to be very independent before turning into what feels like a helpless fetus as a result of this withdrawal.

 

How far off are you?

This is a new one for me , the last month has been hell with anxiety! And I can't stand being alone for a minute! It's really bad :P

 

Some of us can't stand to be alone, and some of us (like me) "can't stand" being around other people.  It's all due to extreme sensitivity of the CNS during withdrawal and recovery.  It's temporary, and it will pass in time as you heal...

I had both symptoms, sometimes I needed to be around people as it helped me distract myself from the symptoms and sometimes people did my head in and really annoyed me. I think it was worse being alone though so much so that I had to move back in with my parents for a while :/
