Constant dread feeling, anxiety!

Anybody els feels like there on the verge of a panick attack all the time? It's awful, I feel like that all day long till I go to bed!

Four and a half months off and I'm still in acute, with the same symptom of irrational anxiety and terror.

Yes! Through abut month 3... Then it gradually got to a lesser degree! Still have it come in my waves now!
