Hello; I am currently on 4 mg of Temazapam and would like to titrate down to 0.  I am looking for some help titrating.

Glad you're here.  You must have done some tapering already to get down to 4mg.  Good for you.  The end of a taper can get a little touchy and smaller cuts can be necessary til the taper's done.
