Anyone ever tried rescue remedy. ..If so how well did it work for panic and anxiety. ...thanks everyone

I've used it several times and it has helped me quite a bit.  I often combine it with lactium capsules I get from Swanson vitamins on line and find this to be a really helpful combo.

Hi Rescue Remedy is  generally stabilised in medicinal alcohol.

 

May be a good idea to purchase the alcohol free version.
