Clonzepam .125 wafers available in the USA?

Howdy all,

Went to my doc today to get a smaller dose pill to help with dry cut taper. I only have 1mg pills and I am down to .25 mg a day. I was going to get a script for .5 and taper down until I got to the .125 range.  But she said .125 wafers aren't available in the US anymore. Is this true?  It's not a big deal if they aren't. But would make it easier.

You can call your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist.

Thanks. I actually did that when I didn't get a response yesterday. They don't offer wafers. But they do offer .125 melt tabs. Can't really cut those. So I will stick with the .5 mg and cut that down. I got a scale for the smaller amounts.

I have klonopin .125 wafers, they can totally be cut, and Walgreens has them.

I just bought .25 mg and .125 mg in wafers three days ago. I live in the US. CVS. Your pharmacy usually has to order them, and your doc has to call in a script that says wafers. I told CVS that I need 6 packages and to order them for me for future dose drops. They did so and came in the next day.

i used 0.125 wafers for my taper, i cut them with a pill cutter into 1/4s. there is some debate about the distrubution in the wafers and the fact that some feel you arent getting an even amount when you cut them. this may or may not be true, but if there wasnt a perfectly even concentration, it didnt seem to affect my taper as, i used them fro 6 months at various levels. For my final 1.5 months, i had a compounding pharmacy make me a liquid suspension. if you live in or near a big city, they will have a compounding Pharm...
