Knackered Sorts His Pipes with Benzos    Hey there, Knackered here. He thinks the water pipes in his house may require an exorcism.  In fact the entire place could stand a burnt sage wash.       The problem is new stuff.  When you combine new stuff with old stuff, something’s gotta give.  This time it’s the blasted dish washer.  Every time the thing drains it floods the cupboard and runs in the basement.  Not good.     By last count the pipes under the sink have been overhauled at
